Danijela Pifar & Bojan Vuković

Our kitchen is the place where real magic happens, driven by the unlimited creativity of Danijela and Bojan. Numerous skills in the preparation of top dishes made by these two chefs, who have a ten year experience of working together, perfectly complement traditional, fresh and healthy local ingredients. Their distinctive touch is well noticed in incorporating the red Istrian soil, green forests, mountains and the blue shore, into the modern vision of Istrian cuisine. Terroir of Istrian gastronomy is recognized in each dish, based on tradition, homemade ingredients, culinary heritage and new techniques. Simply, every meal we serve leaves an impression - you will remember it, the next day you will know what you've been eating - and you will have a desire to tell everyone about it. Our approach is to highlight and offer you the best of traditional and modern, in a perfect blend of moments made for enjoyment and memory.
