Vineyard
Vineyards are located near Višnjan and Motovun, on sites marked by pronounced day–night temperature variation, favouring the preservation of acidity and aromatic complexity.
Production
Traditional method sparkling wine. Following primary fermentation, the wine is bottled with liqueur de tirage and aged on fine lees for 36 months. Disgorgement is followed by precise dosage with liqueur d’expédition.

Serving temperature: 6–8 °C
Recommended glass: Champagne
Food pairing: cold starters, fish, shellfish, white meats
