Vineyards in Višnjan and Motovun lie on rolling sites influenced by the sea. Marked diurnal shifts preserve freshness, tension and aromatic clarity essential for premium sparkling wine.
Production
Short maceration for gentle colour extraction and aromatic precision, fermentation in stainless steel, followed by second fermentation in bottle and 24 months on lees. Disgorged and finished with liqueur d’expédition.
