Vineyard
Chardonnay is grown on red soils near Višnjan, while Pinot Blanc comes from white soils around Motovun. Pronounced diurnal variation preserves natural acidity and aromatic purity.
Production
Traditional method sparkling wine. Grapes are harvested early to retain acidity, gently pressed and fermented, followed by bottling with liqueur de tirage for secondary fermentation. The wine rests 36 months on lees before disgorgement and final dosage.
