Straw yellow with golden highlights and exceptionally fine mousse. The nose reveals layered notes of croissant, quince, ripe pear and chamomile. On the palate dry, supple and precisely structured, with vivid freshness and a long, refined finish that confirms its ageing potential.

Vineyard

Vineyards near Buje and Motovun are planted on white soils with pronounced day–night temperature variation, preserving acidity, tension and structure required for extended lees ageing.

Production

Traditional method sparkling wine aged 72 months on fine lees. Following secondary fermentation in bottle, the wine is disgorged and precisely dosed with liqueur d’expédition.
