Vineyards near Buje and Motovun are planted on white soils with pronounced day–night temperature variation, preserving acidity, tension and structure required for extended lees ageing.
Production
Traditional method sparkling wine aged 72 months on fine lees. Following secondary fermentation in bottle, the wine is disgorged and precisely dosed with liqueur d’expédition.
