The Receptionist serves as the central point of contact throughout the guest journey, shaping both first and last impressions. This role ensures a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience, delivered with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage reservations, process invoices, and handle payments
  • Independently perform guest check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
  • Provide refined and timely information about the hotel, destination, and services
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs before, during, and after their stay
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared in a timely manner
  • Operate in full alignment with internal procedures and established front office standards

What we expect

  • Secondary education (minimum requirement)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hotel reception or similar role
  • Fluency in at least two foreign languages, one of which must be English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems
  • Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a guest-oriented mindset
