- The competitive price must be bookable online under the same conditions as those on the Meneghetti website – it must be for the same hotel, room type, rate type, number of guests, dates, length of stay and cancellation policies.
- The guarantee does not apply to websites offering non-transparent prices and websites that do not confirm the name of the hotel and/or the type of accommodation unit during the reservation process to the guest.
- The guarantee does not apply to any non-public prices, prepaid vouchers, hotel rooms sold as a part of holiday packages, corporate prices, group prices, rates requiring membership in a club or other organization, direct email solicitations or other rates that are not available to the general public. We reserve the right to deny a claim if the availability of the competitive price cannot be independently verified at the time we process the claim.
- The guarantee does not apply to any reservation made within 48 hours of arrival.
- The guarantee does not apply to reservations booked through other websites. If a reservation was booked through another website, we are not responsible for any fees associated with the cancellation of that reservation.
- If the competitive price is in a different currency from the rate booked on the Meneghetti website, the competitive price will be converted into the same currency as the rate offered on our website using the exchange rate as published in www.xe.com. If the rate discrepancy is solely due to currency exchange calculations, we reserve the right to deny the claim.
