Accounting Associate

As an Accounting Associate at Meneghetti, you are responsible for overseeing and monitoring the hotel’s financial and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all financial operations. This role requires precision, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with management and operational departments within a dynamic hospitality environment.

You ensure the smooth execution of daily accounting procedures and financial administration.

• Monitor daily domestic and foreign currency payment obligations
• Track payment deadlines and execute transactions accordingly
• Prepare payroll documentation and ensure accurate salary calculations and related payments
• Maintain accounting records (purchase and sales ledgers, bank statements, reconciliations, compensations)
• Communicate and reconcile open balances with clients and suppliers
• Maintain the fixed asset register
• Perform additional accounting and financial administration tasks
• Support management decisions and implement assigned directives
• Monitor current accounting and financial regulations and ensure legal compliance
• Work efficiently with accounting software and digital systems

• Relevant education in accounting, finance, or economics
• Experience in accounting, preferably within hospitality or production environments
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and payroll processes
• High level of accuracy and organisational ability
• Proficiency in accounting software and computer literacy
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective team communication
