Key responsibilities

You assist in the daily preparation and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring that quality and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.

  • Prepare workstations and kitchen equipment before service
  • Assist in dish preparation in coordination with the Head Chef
  • Follow established recipes, standards, and portion guidelines
  • Communicate efficiently with kitchen colleagues
  • Prepare mise en place for upcoming service periods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all work areas
  • Ensure work surfaces, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment remain clean and properly maintained
