You oversee the daily bakery operations, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation.

• Prepare a variety of doughs including artisan breads, sourdough, laminated pastries, crackers, and specialty baked goods
• Work with natural leaven and fermentation processes
• Bake using professional convection ovens and established recipes
• Produce a wide range of breads, rolls, croissants, muffins, pies, and cakes
• Develop new recipes and ideas aligned with the hotel’s gastronomic concept
• Manage ingredients responsibly, monitor stock, and participate in ordering raw materials
• Maintain cleanliness, proper storage, and functionality of equipment
• Plan and organize daily bakery production independently
• Uphold high standards of quality, hygiene, and product presentation

• Completed vocational training as a baker or in a related field
• Minimum one year of bakery experience (experience in high-category hotels or restaurants is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of bread-making and pastry techniques
• Precision, organization, and attention to detail
