• Prepare a wide range of desserts and sweet creations according to established quality standards
• Craft both classic and modern pastries with careful attention to detail, flavor harmony, and presentation, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients
• Contribute to the development of seasonal and à la carte menus
• Participate in creating new dessert concepts aligned with the hotel’s philosophy and guest preferences
• Maintain hygiene, organization, and cleanliness within the pastry section
• Follow HACCP standards and ensure proper storage of ingredients and equipment
• Collaborate closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless presentation and timing

• Professional experience in pastry preparation, preferably in high-category restaurants or hotels
• Strong understanding of both classic and contemporary pastry techniques
• Attention to detail, aesthetics, and flavor balance
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in coordination with kitchen and service teams
