You deliver seamless food and beverage service across all F&B outlets while maintaining the highest professional standards.

• Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and polished manner
• Serve food and beverages in all restaurant and bar outlets
• Take accurate orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and service team
• Present and recommend house wines to guests
• Issue bills and process payments correctly and efficiently
• Prepare mise en place and set up workstations before service
• Polish cutlery and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your work area
• Collaborate daily with department managers and team members
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all assigned duties

• Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Precision and attention to detail
