These Terms of Use are issued by Meneghetti d.o.o., having its registered office at Stancija Meneghetti 1, Bale, Republic of Croatia, VAT: HR03413543055  (hereinafter referred to as “Meneghetti”). Meneghetti d.o.o. is the owner and operator of www.meneghetti.hr and the provider of the services presented on the Website. By accessing and using the Website, you accept these Terms of Use, including any amendments thereto. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website. Meneghetti d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy at any time. Any such amendments shall enter into force upon publication on the Website. Purpose and Content
The Website is intended to provide information regarding Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery, its services, accommodation capacities, rates, special offers and booking options. All content published on the Website is of an informative nature and is subject to change without prior notice. 

Intellectual Property
All content published on the Website, including without limitation text, photographs, graphic elements, logos, design and other materials, is protected by intellectual property rights. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, public display or other use of such content without the prior written consent of Meneghetti d.o.o. is strictly prohibited. 

Accuracy of Information
Meneghetti d.o.o. makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, it does not warrant the completeness or absolute accuracy of such information at all times. 

Links to Third Parties
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Meneghetti d.o.o. has no control over the content of such websites and accepts no responsibility for their accuracy, security or availability. 

Limitation of Liability
Meneghetti d.o.o. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website, including, without limitation, loss of data, revenue or business opportunities. 

Amendments to the Terms
Meneghetti d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version shall be published on the Website and shall enter into force on the date of publication.

These Terms of Booking and Provision of Accommodation Services govern the legal relationship between Meneghetti d.o.o., as the provider of hospitality services, and the guest as a natural person over 18 years of age who makes a reservation for accommodation at Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery.  

These Terms apply to all reservations made via the official hotel website, by electronic mail, by telephone or directly at the hotel reception. Prior to making a reservation, you are kindly requested to read these Terms carefully. By completing a reservation, the guest confirms that he or she has been acquainted with their content, fully understands them and accepts them as an integral part of the accommodation agreement. If the guest does not agree with these Terms, he or she is not authorised to make a reservation at Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery. 

Method of Booking
Accommodation may be reserved via the official hotel website www.meneghetti.hr, by electronic mail at reservations@meneghetti.hr or by telephone at +385 52 528 800. A reservation shall be deemed validly concluded at the moment the guest receives written confirmation from the hotel and fulfils the guarantee and payment conditions specified in the selected offer. 

Rates
Valid service rates are published on the official website www.meneghetti.hr or specified in an individual offer delivered by the reservations department, depending on the selected stay period, type of accommodation unit, number and age of guests and dates of arrival and departure. All rates are expressed in euros and include VAT. Rates do not include tourist tax or a service charge of 5%, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Meneghetti d.o.o. reserves the right to amend rates at any time prior to the issuance of written booking confirmation. Upon confirmation, the agreed rate shall remain unchanged, save where the reservation is amended at the guest’s request. For reservations comprising 10 or more accommodation units or stays of 10 or more consecutive nights, the hotel reserves the right to apply special payment and cancellation conditions. The reservation holder shall be duly informed thereof in writing. Agreed rates may not be combined with other promotional offers, packages or discounts unless expressly confirmed by the hotel. All additional services not expressly included in the confirmed offer shall be charged in accordance with the hotel’s valid price list. Meneghetti d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse, amend or cancel a reservation in the event of abuse of the booking system, manifest pricing error or other material error affecting the reservation. 

Rate supplements 

1. Tourist Tax
   Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation rate and shall be charged in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Croatia and the official tariff issued by the Croatian National Tourist Board for the relevant year, applicable to the Municipality of Bale. The applicable amount of tourist tax is clearly indicated alongside the relevant offer or price list on www.meneghetti.hr or in the individual offer issued by the reservations department. 
2. Service Charge
   Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery is committed to delivering the highest standard of service and to continuously enhancing the guest experience. In support of this commitment and in order to maintain service excellence, the hotel applies a service charge of 5% to all services provided. The service charge shall be calculated on the total value of the services rendered unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer or price list. 

Classification and Description of Accommodation
Accommodation units and other facilities of Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery are described in accordance with the official classification of the Republic of Croatia applicable at the time of publication, as well as in line with the hotel’s internal standards. Photographs, descriptions and other informative content published on the official website are provided for general illustrative purposes and serve as a general representation of the type and category of accommodation units and services. Meneghetti d.o.o. accepts no responsibility for oral or written information that is inconsistent with the officially published information on www.meneghetti.hr or the written booking confirmation. Meneghetti d.o.o. shall not be liable for inaccurate or incomplete information regarding the hotel and its services published by third parties without authorisation. 

Reservation Guarantee and Payment
All reservations at Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery are subject to a guarantee requirement in accordance with the conditions of the selected offer or rate. The guarantee may be provided by credit card or by advance payment. 

a. Credit Card Guarantee
Where a credit card is provided as a guarantee, the hotel reserves the right to charge the card in accordance with the cancellation and payment conditions applicable to the selected offer. Reservations guaranteed by credit card may be cancelled or amended free of charge within the period specified in the relevant offer conditions. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge cancellation fees in accordance with those conditions. Where a confirmed reservation is amended, the hotel reserves the right to apply the rate valid at the time of amendment. 

b. Advance Payment Guarantee
For offers requiring advance payment, the guest shall settle the required amount within the deadlines specified in the booking confirmation, either by charging the credit card or by bank transfer. Upon receipt of payment and issuance of the booking confirmation, such reservation shall be deemed final and may not be amended or cancelled free of charge unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer conditions. In the event of cancellation or no-show in respect of advance payment reservations, Meneghetti d.o.o. reserves the right to retain the full amount paid. 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions depend on the selected offer or rate and are clearly indicated at the time of booking on www.meneghetti.hr or in the individual offer issued by the reservations department. By confirming the reservation, the guest acknowledges and accepts the applicable cancellation conditions and any potential charges. If the guest does not agree with the cancellation conditions, the reservation may not be completed. In the event of cancellation within the prescribed period, no cancellation fee shall be charged. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, Meneghetti d.o.o. reserves the right to charge fees in accordance with the selected offer conditions. Meneghetti d.o.o. does not grant exemptions from the applicable cancellation policy due to personal, medical, weather-related or other circumstances beyond the hotel’s control unless expressly approved in writing. Guests are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance prior to confirming their reservation in order to cover potential cancellation or travel interruption costs. 

Amendments to Reservations
The possibility of amending a confirmed reservation depends on the conditions of the selected offer or rate and is subject to availability. Any amendment may result in a rate adjustment in accordance with the price list valid at the time of amendment. An amendment shall be deemed valid only upon receipt of written confirmation from the hotel via www.meneghetti.hr or by electronic mail from the reservations department. Meneghetti d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse a request for amendment in the event of a technical error in the booking system, misuse of the system or other justified reason. 

Accommodation at the Property 

a. Arrival and Departure
The accommodation unit shall be available to the guest from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the guest is required to vacate the accommodation unit by 11:00 a.m., unless a late departure has been agreed in advance. In the event of departure beyond the agreed time without prior approval, Meneghetti d.o.o. reserves the right to charge an additional fee in accordance with the valid price list. 

b. Identification Documents
Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid personal identification document or passport in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia. Invalid documentation, or the loss, theft or confiscation of travel documents prior to arrival or during travel, shall not constitute valid grounds for exemption from the applicable cancellation policy, and the booking conditions shall apply accordingly. 

c. Allocation of Accommodation Units
The allocation of guests to specific accommodation units shall be determined by the hotel. The hotel does not guarantee the assignment of a specific room number within the reserved category prior to arrival. 

d. House Rules and Guest Liability
Guests are required to comply with the hotel’s house rules. The guest shall be liable for any damage caused by his or her actions or by the actions of persons for whom he or she is responsible. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any such damage in accordance with the actual cost incurred.

Complaints
In the event of dissatisfaction with the services provided during the stay at Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery, the guest is required to notify the hotel reception without undue delay, during the stay or at the latest upon check-out, in order to allow the matter to be addressed promptly. If the complaint could not be resolved during the stay or if the guest was, for justified reasons, unable to submit a complaint on site, a written complaint may be submitted no later than 3 days after departure by electronic mail to info@meneghetti.hr. Meneghetti d.o.o. shall respond to the written complaint within the statutory period of 15 days from receipt. Meneghetti d.o.o. shall consider complaints relating to services provided at the property and for which the allegations are capable of verification. Complaints which could have been remedied during the stay but were not reported in a timely manner may be taken into  consideration only if the guest provides a justified explanation for the failure to report them on site. Any compensation awarded in respect of a justified complaint shall be limited exclusively to the portion of the service to which the complaint relates and shall not exceed the value of that portion. The parties shall seek to resolve any disputes amicably. Failing such resolution, the competent court at the registered seat of Meneghetti d.o.o. shall have jurisdiction, and the law of the Republic of Croatia shall apply. 

Final Provisions

These Terms of Booking and Provision of Accommodation Services form an integral part of the service agreement concluded between the guest and Meneghetti d.o.o. Any deviation from these Terms shall be valid only if expressly stated in the written offer or booking confirmation. By completing the reservation, the guest confirms that he or she has read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.
