Estate Wines and Olive Oils
Rooted in the distinctive red soil of western Istria, our estate presents 14 wine labels spanning whites, reds, sparkling and sweet expressions, each shaped by meticulous cultivation and a restrained, cellar-led philosophy. Alongside them, four varieties of extra virgin olive oil reflect the same precision and respect for origin. Guests may also explore our house distillates and a curated selection of cigars, with the opportunity to acquire estate products and carefully selected local produce.
