Vineyard
Vineyards around Buje and Motovun lie on white soils across rolling terrain. Cultivated with respect for nature and sustainable practice, with emphasis on preserving freshness and varietal clarity.
Production
Grapes are cooled to 6–8 °C, gently pressed and settled. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, with a small portion aged in 2000-litre oak casks with bâtonnage. The wine is filtered prior to bottling to ensure purity and stability.

Serving temperature: 8–10 °C
Recommended glass: Riesling / Sauvignon Blanc
