Oliveto Restaurant & Lounge Bar is conceived as a seasonal, open-air restaurant shaped by light, landscape and a slower Mediterranean rhythm. Set at the heart of the estate, overlooking the pool and surrounding vineyards, it is open from May to September and designed for unhurried lunches, relaxed afternoons and gentle evenings under the open sky. The atmosphere is informal yet composed, inviting guests to linger rather than rush.
Here, dining unfolds in harmony with its surroundings. The proximity of olive groves, vineyards and open space defines both the mood and the pace, allowing meals to stretch naturally through the day. Open from May to September, weather permitting. In case of unfavourable weather, lunch is served at the Meneghetti Restaurant.
