Vineyard
Vineyards near Motovun are planted on grey soils, on rolling sites with marked day–night temperature shifts. Sustainable practices and restrained yields deliver concentration and complexity.
Production
Fermentation in stainless steel at 18–20 °C with periodic lees stirring. The wine matures for 10 months, half in stainless steel and half in 2000-litre Slavonian oak casks. Blended and filtered before bottling.
Cellaring and Serving
Serving temperature: 8–10 °C
Recommended glass: Riesling / Sauvignon Blanc
Food pairing: truffle risotto, creamy soups
