Meneghetti Restaurant & Bar develops its cuisine through a close relationship with land, season and cultural heritage. Rooted in Istrian tradition, the kitchen follows a restrained and thoughtful approach in which ingredients lead each dish, while technique serves clarity and balance. The menu evolves according to seasonality and true availability, with a strong focus on produce from the estate’s organic garden, trusted local producers and the wider Adriatic region. It changes naturally through the year, shaped by harvests and climate, while the wine list brings together Meneghetti labels and carefully selected national and international wines.

Chef Ante Miletić leads the kitchen at Meneghetti Restaurant & Bar with a strong connection to place and season. His approach is grounded in local ingredients, respect for tradition and a clear understanding of origin. “For me, Istria represents heritage and legacy, expressed through the quality and honesty of the ingredients the land provides,” he notes.
